​Finishing Foreman, Clondalkin, Dublin 22

Permanent Position

Our client who are a privately owned company are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join their team. This company are established over 70 years and are recognised today as one of Irelands leading building contractors with a proven track record in a diverse range of sectors including residential, commercial, pharmaceutical, data centres, industrial and education.

In this position, you will be based on a 25-acre Data Centre campus based in Clondalkin.  Awarding bodies have recognised the company’s continued excellence and achievements having won major awards from best managed company to consistent high achiever.

Your Responsibilities

• Supervision of subcontractors and others to achieve project production targets in line with programme.
• Ensure workmanship and material standards are achieved in accordance with specifications, building regulations, quality standards and Health & Safety
• Evaluate and identify upcoming challenges to prevent emerging issues.
• Reporting work progress to Senior level Management
