Job Description
A leading construction company is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join their expanding team in the Midlands. This is a full-time, permanent position offering strong career development opportunities within a dynamic and safety-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Management System on assigned projects.
Promote a positive health & safety culture on-site among site management, contractors, and workers.
Conduct regular site inspections and generate comprehensive EHS reports.
Build collaborative working relationships with the wider project team.
Coach and support site personnel in maintaining and exceeding EHS standards.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Environmental Health & Safety (NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent preferred).
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a health & safety role, preferably in the construction sector.
Experience working on Data Centre and Pharmaceutical projects is a strong advantage.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant EHS software tools.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
