Senior Quantity Surveyor – Clondalkin, Co. Dublin

This is a key commercial role on a flagship housing project, reporting directly to the Regional/Managing QS. You'll oversee all QS activity on site, manage subcontract packages, drive value engineering, and support the wider project team to ensure commercial success.

What We’re Looking For:

• 7–10+ years’ experience in a PQS or contractor environment

• Residential / housing experience preferred

• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

• Strong commercial acumen and leadership skills

• Proficiency in Cubit, Cost-ex or similar software
