M&E Manager

Location: Citywest/Sandymount/Greystones

• Schools project (part of a bundle)-demolition and new build - 5 schools in total
• 2-year duration
• Design and build

What you will be doing:

• Conduct M&E design gap analysis with the project team and ensure design compliance within budget and contract requirements
• Assist in the selection and appointment of M&E subcontractors
• Coordinate and monitor the timely release of M&E design information for construction activities
• Oversee the submission and approval process for all M&E technical equipment and design information
• Ensure compliance with all regulations
• Manage multiple projects and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to quality, safety and statutory standards

You will need:

• A relevant qualification in Building Services/Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years’ relevant experience on large construction projects
• Excellent communication skills
