The Role

You’ll be involved in assisting with the commercial management of ongoing projects, including:

• Preparing take-offs and assisting in preparing valuations.

• Monitoring costs, variations, and reporting to senior surveyors.

• Liaising with clients, site teams, and subcontractors.

Ideal Candidate

• 1+ years’ experience in quantity surveying.

• Construction-related qualification (Degree or Diploma).

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

• Enthusiastic, reliable, and keen to develop a long-term career.
