Junior / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor – Tallaght, Co. Dublin

• Salary: Up to €85,000 DOE

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Junior or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic and well-established civil engineering contractor delivering vital public infrastructure projects across Ireland. You’ll assist in managing the commercial aspects of key projects from early-stage procurement through to final account. Working alongside experienced commercial leads, you'll gain valuable exposure while contributing to cost control, subcontractor management, and project reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing cost plans, valuations, and project budgets.

• Support in subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and payment processes.

• Help prepare monthly CVRs, cost reports, and cash flow forecasts.

• Liaise with project managers, clients, and site teams to ensure financial oversight.

• Contribute to maintaining records, identifying risks, and supporting claims preparation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.

• 1–5 years’ experience in a QS role, ideally in civil engineering or infrastructure.

• Strong numerical, communication, and organisational skills.

• Eagerness to learn, contribute, and grow within a collaborative environment.

• Familiarity with construction contracts and cost reporting tools is a plus.
