About Us
We are a well-established residential building contractor operating in North County Dublin. Our projects include high-quality housing developments, one-off homes, and renovation works. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a capable and organised Site Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our busy construction sites.
Role Overview
The Site Administrator will be responsible for maintaining project documentation, assisting the site management team, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and administrative requirements including Building Control Amendment Regulations (BCAR).
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage all site documentation (drawings, permits, safety records, etc.)
Assist with BCAR documentation, including gathering, tracking, and uploading compliance records to the BCMS system
Handle daily site attendance records and timesheets
Track deliveries and maintain material logs
Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for scheduling and documentation
Assist with health & safety compliance and record keeping
Support the Site Manager and Project Manager with general admin tasks
Prepare and update site reports as required
Communicate effectively with head office and other stakeholders
Requirements
2+ years of experience in a site or construction administration role
Working knowledge of BCAR processes and BCMS portal
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with construction documentation and terminology
Experience with construction management software
