Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager

Your responsibilities will include:  

• Completing take off of the quantity of materials required for the project based on tender specifications & drawings and highlighting any potential risks.
• Assisting the Civil Engineer to develop the tender drawings
• Compile RFQ packages to sub-contractors
• Tendering correspondences to sub-contractors

You will need:

• A 3rd level qualification in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• 5+ years’ experience in the construction industry in a similar position.
