This is a permanent position and you will be based on a Residential Housing Development in Portlaoise that is delivering 50+ units. You'll join a company has established itself as a successful main contractor within the Commercial and Residential construction sector by providing an integrated turn-key construction service.

You will need:

• 7-10 years’ experience working for main building contractors/developers in Ireland or the UK
• A trade background or construction related degree.
• Good knowledge of latest building regulations and standards
• A proven track record having previously managed medium to large scale projects from inception to completion
• The ability to manage the workflow of subcontractors ensuring they comply with the programme of works on site.
