Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Success: Lead the planning and implementation of the housing development project from inception to completion.
• Drive Excellence: Coordinate and manage all project activities, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate: Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Mitigate Risks: Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure Compliance: Stay ahead of all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Communicate: Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to senior management.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years’ experience in project management within the construction industry, focusing on housing developments.
• Expertise: Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Leadership: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
• Qualified: Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
