This role will focus on design and build tenders for several large and prestigious Education projects throughout Leinster with values in excess of €70m.

You will need:

• 10+ years in a related position
• A 3^rd level qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering or Business
• To be Chartered (RICS or SCSI) and have experience in Public Works Contracts and PPP schemes
