One of Ireland's largest Main Contractors are currently recruiting a Senior Building Services Engineer to be based in Wexford. The company delivers high profile construction projects across the Commercial, Pharmaceutical, Residential, Industrial/Data, Healthcare, Retail, Fitout & Educational sectors for a renowned client base.

Your Role will Involve: 

• Co-ordinate design team information & details in time for project delivery activities
• Manage & coordinate all phases of the MEP Services project delivery cycle.
• Pre-Construction & Planning, Construction, Testing & Commissioning.
• Work collaboratively with the design team, MEP subcontractors, and the project team.
• Inspect all installation works against the agreed level of the approved quality plan.
• Monitor programmes & review installation progress of MEP services.

What we are looking for:

• Qualification in Building Services / Engineering or Trade.
• 5+ years' experience in Building Services Coordination
• Ensuring design, installation, and commissioning of complex M&E packages.            
• Previous projects experience in Industrial/Pharma is preferable.
