Site Manager - Midlands

Permanent Position

• Working Hours strictly 8am to 5pm
• Location of all Company projects are Midland based 

Join a Midlands based Contractor who are currently recruiting an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a Residential Apartment Development in Mullingar. With over 60 years of experience in the Irish Construction Industry from Health Centres, Schools, Housing Developments & Private Dwellings in both the Public and Private Sectors. This position is a permanent position and the company have a full order book for 2025 & 2026 with a pipeline of projects in the Midlands region.

Requirements

• Degree Qualified or Trade Background (Essential)
• Minimum of 5-7 years management experience
• A proven track record in successfully delivering Medium to Large scale projects
• Sound knowledge of latest building regulation, legislation and Health and Safety
• Ability to provide clear leadership and direction to those under your control, while maintaining a professional manner is essential.
