Role: Senior Engineer

Role responsibilities:

• Ensure all work adheres to the highest Health and Safety standards.
• Maintain top-quality standards and implement quality control procedures.
• Provide accurate and clear setting-out information to site teams.
• Ensure foremen and operatives fully understand provided instructions.
• Build strong working relationships with colleagues and design teams.
• Review and communicate design details to ensure construction readiness.
• Coordinate design development from initial drawings to approved workshop details.
• Interpret drawings for layouts and material measurements.
• Manage subcontractors and the site workforce.
• Plan efficiently to meet project timelines.
• Oversee ordering and control of site materials.
• Maintain accurate site records and document discussions/meetings.
• Maximize project profitability through effective work management and contractual awareness.
• Collaborate with the team and attend required meetings.

Role requirements:

• Engineering degree required.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Civil Engineer.
• Experience with main contractors, subcontractors, or similar roles preferred.
• Strong understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
• Excellent communication skills.
