Office Manager - Dublin 11

Permanent position

You will join a leading Irish Fit Out and Building Contractor in this position. They have an impressive portfolio of prestigious clients across a range of sectors and a reputation for delivering the highest quality of finished projects.  This is a well-established company that has proven to be the contractor of choice for ambitious professionals within the construction industry.

As Office Manager you will provide support to the companies managers and staff managing the administration of a busy office.  

Role responsibilities include:

  • Record keeping and maintenance
  • Manage the post and filing in an orderly fashion
  • Assist with employee onboarding and system access
  • General enquiries through multiple channels
  • Manage any travel bookings-flights/accommodation/car hire etc
  • Support senior management with projects, calendar management and presentations.
  • Adhoc administration as required

Role requirements include:

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong administration skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Previous experience working in the construction industry would be advantageous
