Our client who are Irelands leading homebuilder are seeking to employ an experienced Finishing Foreman to be based in Douglas, Cork. The project is a €150 million development of houses, apartments and duplexes.  This company was recognised as one of Irelands Best Large Workplaces in 2022 Great place to work. 

Requirements

• Trade or Construction related Degree
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position
• Manage the workflow of subcontractors ensuring they comply with the programme of works on-site.
• Awareness of latest Building Control Regulations and Standards
