Finishing Foreman – Dublin City Centre 

Commercial Project

Salary: €65,000 - €70,000 DOE plus package

Brightpath Recruitment are recruiting a Finishing Foreman on behalf of one of Irelands foremost Building Contractors. Our client has a broad portfolio of successfully completed landmark projects across a range of sectors including Commercial, Residential, Refurbishment, Industrial, Healthcare and Pharmaceutical. Eighty percent of their workload comes from repeat business.

Due to growth and expansion with a number of recent project wins across the Commercial and Pharmaceutical sector a new position has become available within the company for a Finishing Foreman. The successful candidate will be working on a large-scale commercial project based in Dublin City Centre. The company have a pipeline of work guaranteed for the next 4 years. This is a permanent position and our client is seeking a Finishing Foreman who is experienced and committed.

What you will need:

• Sound knowledge of latest building regulations, legislation and Health and Safety.
• Ability to provide clear leadership and direction to those under your control, while maintaining a professional manner is essential.
• Relevant Trade Qualification or Construction related qualification
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a similar supervisory role
• Experience in at least one of the following key areas – Commercial, Pharmaceutical or Residential.
• Must have previous Finishing Foreman experience working with medium or large main contractors or Developers.
