Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day site operations of high-end fit-out works.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.

• Enforce strict health & safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations.

• Monitor project progress and report to senior management.

Requirements:

• 10+ years’ experience in construction, with a proven track record in fit-out projects.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive performance on-site.

• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, health & safety regulations, and industry best practices.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
