Site Manager – Cork 

Permanent Position

Our client who are Irelands leading homebuilder are seeking to employ an experienced Site Manager to be based in Cork. The project is a large-scale housing development and will consist of the construction of 198 dwellings.

Requirements

• Trade or Construction related Degree essential
• Knowledge of latest building regulations and standards
• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in a similar position
• Manage the workflow of subcontractors ensuring they comply with the programme of works on site
