Main contractor | Permanent position 

Salary - Up to €80k

Working with some of the world’s leading companies on innovative projects, a former “Fit-Out Contractor of the Year” is recruiting a Technical Services Coordinator working on a large Dublin based project. One of the industry leaders in the Irish market, this company has worked on prestigious projects for iconic brands. They deliver high-quality results and specialise in commercial interiors, building refurbishments and new-build projects.

Responsibilities include:

• The technical coordination of Mechanical and Electrical services installation within commercial office fit-out projects
• General Electrical Installation, Audio Visual, ICT & Data, HVAC and Environmental.
• Chairing weekly technical meetings and workshops based on site.

• Trade or a relevant third level qualification
• 3+ Years post qualification experience
