Building Services Coordinator -Dublin

Salary - €60-75k

Role responsibilities:

• Oversee construction to meet programme deadlines and ensure timely project or phased handovers.
• Review all M&E design and construction drawings for compliance and identify discrepancies.
• Manage M&E sub-contractors’ progress, meetings, compliance, and coordination on-site.
• Source quotations, recommend suppliers, and operate within defined budgets alongside the project team.
• Compile Safety File documentation and provide reports including installation reviews and commissioning records.

Role requirements:

• Trade or level 7 qualification in Mechanical/Electrical or Building Services
• 3-5 years MEP experience
• Good technical knowledge
• Full Drivers license
• Strong communication skills
