Overview:
An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled and creative 3D Designer with strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other 3D software tools. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing detailed models, drawings, and visualizations to support effective project delivery and clear communication with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed 3D models using Revit and other BIM software.

Create accurate 2D technical drawings, including plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD.

Produce high-quality visualizations and renderings to communicate design concepts.Interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and client requirements to develop comprehensive design solutions.

Collaborate with project teams to ensure design accuracy, feasibility, and constructability.

Prepare material schedules, quantity take-offs, and supporting documentation from 3D models.

Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and specifications.

Contribute to the development of innovative, cost-effective, and aesthetically sound design solutions.

Organize and manage digital models and documentation within a BIM environment.

Stay informed on advancements in 3D design tools, BIM practices.

Support the creation and maintenance of digital component libraries.

Assist in site surveys and measurements using 3D scanning or related technologies.

Participate in design reviews and present 3D models and visual outputs.

Qualifications & Experience:

Qualification in Architectural Technology, BIM, Design, or a related discipline.

Proven experience in a similar 3D design role, in construction sectors.

Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential.

Experience with visualization and modeling tools such as Navisworks, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar.

Solid understanding of BIM workflows and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Knowledge of construction practices, building regulations.

Strong visual communication and presentation skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to interpret and develop technical drawings.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and spatial reasoning skills.

Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Familiarity with 3D scanning or point cloud data is a plus.

A valid driver’s license may be required.
