Health & Safety Officer – Clondalkin, Co. Dublin

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee site health and safety practices in line with company policies and legal obligations

• Identify risks and implement effective control measures

• Carry out regular safety audits, inspections, and site walks

• Collaborate with site management and subcontractors to ensure safety compliance

• Deliver toolbox talks and site-specific safety briefings

• Support incident investigations and help drive a culture of continuous improvement

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a construction health and safety role

• Recognised qualification in Occupational Health & Safety (IOSH membership a plus)

• Strong understanding of Irish health & safety legislation and construction best practices

• Confident communicator with the ability to lead site safety initiatives and engage teams
