Site Agent/Engineer – Tallaght, Co. Dublin

Salary: Up to €80,000 DOE + company vehicle/fuel card, pension, laptop & phone

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Agent/Engineer to join a leading civil engineering and utilities specialist delivering high-quality, safe, and sustainable projects nationwide. This role involves managing and coordinating projects, ensuring safety, quality, and environmental standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee civil/utility works.

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

• Monitor project progress, safety, and compliance.

• Prepare reports, documentation, and client updates.

• Support budgeting and technical planning.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.

• Proven experience in site management or civil/structural engineering.

• Knowledge of safety standards, ISO compliance, and environmental best practice.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.
