Site Manager – Dublin City Centre

• Salary up to €80,000 + Bonus + Van & Fuel Card

We’re looking for a Site Manager for a live Healthcare Fitout project in Dublin city Centre. This is an immediate-start role with a well-supported site team and a strong pipeline of secured work. Initial phase runs through to April 2026.

Candidate should come from a fitout background with healthcare experience. This is a live environment, so previous work on phased or occupied projects is a clear advantage.

Role Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations and subcontractor coordination

• Ensure programme, safety, and quality targets are met

• Manage site logistics, reporting, and client communication

• Deliver high-quality work in a live, phased healthcare environment

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in Site Management

• Background in fitout; healthcare experience essential

• Strong understanding of drawings, programmes, and safety systems

• Excellent communication and leadership on live sites
