About the Role:

Join a leading Irish developer renowned for delivering prestigious residential projects. As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a pivotal role in managing costs and ensuring the financial success of a large-scale housing development in Clondalkin.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage project budgets and cost estimates

• Monitor and control project costs throughout the development lifecycle

• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with all contractual and regulatory requirements

• Provide regular financial reports to senior management

What We Are Looking For:

• A third-level qualification in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

• 3+ years’ experience in a QS role, preferably within residential construction

• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
