We are seeking an RC Frame Site Manager to lead delivery of a landmark residential project in Dublin 8 with a Tier 1 Main Contractor. This long-term development will provide much-needed homes for the local community — and you’ll play a central role in ensuring its success.

The Role

• Lead, oversee, and coordinate all RC frame operations on site.

• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and supervisors to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery.

• Drive programme performance, ensuring milestones are met.

• Implement best practices in health & safety, quality control, and productivity.

• Provide regular progress reporting to senior project leadership.

Requirements

• Proven track record as an RC Frame Site Manager (or Foreman) on large-scale projects.

• Strong technical background in structures with the ability to problem-solve on site.

• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

• A proactive, delivery-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
