Accounts Assistant -Mullingar

Salary -up to €35k

The successful candidate will be an individual who possesses a positive “can do” attitude, is flexible and has excellent communication skills. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and verify invoices against POs and GRNs.

  • Liaise with purchasing/site teams for approvals.

  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.

  • Support payment runs (mid-month and month-end).

  • Process employee expenses in SAP.

  • Communicate with suppliers on queries and audits.

  • Maintain supplier accounts and investigate issues.

  • Carry out ad hoc duties as required

You will need

  • 12+ months’ experience in a similar role.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Word and Excel.

  • Highly motivated and able to work to tight deadlines.

  • SAP Business One is preferred but not essential
