Rotation: 10/4

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate finishing works on site

• Ensure quality standards are met

• Manage subcontractors and site personnel

• Report progress to senior management

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in finishing supervision

• Strong leadership and communication skills
