Health & Safety Officer – Dublin / Eastern Region

We’re seeking a qualified Health & Safety Officer to join a dynamic construction team in the Dublin / Eastern Region. This is a site-based role ideal for professionals with 5+ years of construction safety experience who want to grow their career within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and maintain a strong safety culture on-site

Conduct risk assessments, prepare method statements, and update safety documentation

Support audits and ensure compliance with H&S legislation and company policies

Assist in staff training and development

Liaise with SHEQ Manager and external safety consultants

Requirements:

Degree in Health & Safety (or related)

5+ years’ construction site experience

Strong knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 18001) and Safe-T-Cert

Excellent communication, organisation, and reporting skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety platforms

Valid SafePass, Manual Handling, and full driver’s licence
