The Role:
As Senior QS, you’ll oversee cost control, subcontractor procurement and project budgets across key developments in the Dublin region. You’ll collaborate closely with senior management to ensure financial efficiency, commercial compliance and successful project delivery. The role offers the autonomy to manage commercial outcomes while mentoring junior QSs and influencing strategic decisions.

You Will Have:

• 8+ years’ experience in fit-out, residential or commercial projects

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Proven track record delivering to tight time and quality targets
