The Role:
As Senior QS, you’ll lead cost management, subcontractor procurement and payment processes across multiple Limerick-based projects. You’ll work closely with the Commercial and Regional Directors to optimise budgets, manage resources and maintain commercial control from start to finish.

You Will Have:

• 8+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor

• Third-level qualification in Quantity Surveying

• Excellent commercial awareness and reporting skills

• Strong leadership and mentoring ability
