Junior Quantity Surveyor -Donabate

Role responsibilities:

• Procuring subcontractors and materials, including issuing and agreeing tender/specialist packages.

• Monitoring project costs and managing variations with the Contracts Manager/Senior QS.

• Completing take-offs and handling contract administration.

• Managing material approvals.

• Preparing monthly cost reports and payment claim applications.

Requirements:

• A Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.

• At least 2 years’ experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on medium to large-scale projects (Civil, Residential, Commercial, or Groundworks).

• Strong teamwork abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and a high level of attention to detail.

• Proficiency in computer applications, with advanced skills in Excel.

• A full, valid driving licence.
