Our client, a leading Tier 1 building contractor with an outstanding industry reputation, is seeking a Health & Safety Administrator to join their Dublin 17 head-office team. With a strong project portfolio across commercial, residential, pharma and industrial sectors, they offer a stable, professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the H&S team

  • Maintain inductions, permits, RAMS, training records and audit documents

  • Assist with scheduling audits, meetings and training

  • Compile KPI and compliance reports

  • Liaise with site teams and subcontractors to support HSEQ standards

Requirements

  • Experience in an administrative role (construction or H&S preferred)

  • Strong organisational and documentation skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
