Senior Quantity Surveyor – Galway 
Permanent Position
Salary – Up to €80k DOE + Excellent Benefits

This is a pivotal commercial role on a landmark housing project, working closely with the Regional/Managing QS. You’ll take ownership of site-based QS activities, manage subcontractor packages, drive value engineering, and play a key part in ensuring project profitability and success.

What We’re Looking For:

• 7–10+ years’ PQS or contractor experience

• /Commercial/Residential / housing background (preferred)

• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)

• Strong commercial and leadership skills

• Proficiency in Cubit, Cost-ex or similar software
