Our client, a Tier 1 Irish construction company with over seven decades of success, is seeking a Facade Manager to oversee façade delivery on a significant Dublin development. The company has earned a reputation for technical precision, safety leadership, and repeat client partnerships through consistently outstanding project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate façade works to meet quality and safety standards

• Liaise closely with design, structural, and M&E teams to resolve technical issues

• Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with programme and specifications

• Oversee inspections and testing procedures to maintain excellence in workmanship
