Role Responsibilities

Manage daily project operations to ensure smooth and efficient site activities, addressing issues promptly and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.

Drive project delivery and outcomes by maintaining focus on timelines, quality standards, and overall project objectives.

Maintain and enforce health & safety standards, ensuring all personnel comply with company policies, risk assessments, and statutory regulations.

Plan, procure, and coordinate specialist subcontractors, ensuring they understand project requirements, deliver on schedule, and meet quality expectations.

Prepare and deliver regular progress reports, highlighting key milestones, potential risks, and corrective actions as needed.

Develop and manage project programmes, sequencing tasks strategically to maximise efficiency, align resources, and avoid delays.

Oversee quality assurance by conducting inspections, reviewing workmanship, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Monitor project costs and performance, tracking expenditures, evaluating variations, and assisting in forecasting to keep the project within budget.

Support continuous improvement efforts, recommending enhancements to processes, workflows, and site practices.

Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and maintaining strong working relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Education, Experience & Licensing

Leaving Certificate plus relevant further education

2–3 years’ management experience

Industry experience (preferred)

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Full, clean driving licence
