Architectural Technologist – Co. Mayo

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in County Mayo, working on residential new-build and refurbishment projects from design through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed technical drawings and construction documents using AutoCAD/Revit

Develop buildable technical solutions for residential designs

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and local authorities

Prepare planning and building control documentation

Conduct site visits and support construction delivery

Ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations and Health & Safety standards

Requirements:

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit

Strong knowledge of Irish residential construction and Building Regulations (including Part L)

Excellent technical detailing and coordination skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
