Finishing Supervisor – Dublin 13

Permanent Position

Project: Major residential apartment scheme delivering several hundred A-rated homes, including landscaped external areas and community amenities.

Project duration remaining: Approx. 2+ years

We are currently recruiting a Finishing Supervisor for a high-profile residential development in Dublin 13. This is a long-term role on a large, multi-unit apartment project, offering excellent exposure to quality-led delivery and strong career progression within a respected contractor.

Your Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all finishing works across apartments and shared spaces.

• Maintain high standards of workmanship in line with drawings, specifications, and quality plans.

• Manage snagging lists, inspections, and handover readiness.

• Coordinate sequencing of trades to ensure efficient progress and minimal rework.

• Report progress and quality issues to Senior Site Management.

• Uphold Health & Safety and quality compliance throughout the finishing stages.
