Finishing Foreman – South Dublin 

Permanent Position

Project: Large-scale residential development delivering several hundred new homes, comprising a mix of apartments with high-quality internal finishes and shared amenity spaces.

Project duration remaining: Approx. 2+ years

Our client, a well-established privately owned building contractor, is seeking an experienced Finishing Supervisor to join their team on a major residential project in Dublin 8. The company has a long track record delivering high-quality projects across residential, commercial, education, healthcare and specialist sectors, and is widely recognised for quality, consistency, and repeat business.

Your Responsibilities

• Day-to-day supervision and coordination of finishing subcontractors and trades.

• Ensure all finishes meet project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Manage snagging, inspections, and close-out of apartments and common areas.

• Work closely with the Site Management team to maintain programme targets.

• Proactively identify and resolve finishing-stage issues before they impact programme.

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards at all times.
