They are now hiring a Site Manager for a housing development in Wexford, overseeing the delivery of high-quality homes from groundworks through completion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily site operations, sequencing and logistics

  • Coordinate subcontractors and ensure consistent productivity

  • Maintain strict Health & Safety standards in line with ISO systems

  • Oversee quality control and ensure units meet design specifications

  • Resolve on-site issues promptly and maintain smooth project flow

Requirements

  • 4+ years’ experience as Site Manager on residential/housing projects

  • Strong understanding of building regulations and modern methods of construction

  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors

  • Safety-driven with experience managing site H&S systems

  • Ability to deliver projects to programme and quality targets
