Your role will involve:

• Developing and maintaining project programmes and producing monthly progress reports
• Tracking and analysing progress, outputs and resource performance across projects
• Preparing planning and scheduling deliverables for tenders and contracts to a high standard
• Coordinating planning and scheduling activities closely with project teams
• Building strong relationships with project teams, supply chain and key stakeholders
• Carrying out short to medium-term planning reviews to identify and mitigate risks
• Reviewing and challenging construction methods to drive improvement and optimise outcomes

You will need:

• A relevant third level degree
• Experience in project planning and scheduling across construction/civil engineering projects
• Strong IT skills with proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint
