Quantity Surveyor - Blanchardstown, Dublin

This role will involve:

• Cost planning and budget management
• Procurement and subcontractor management
• Valuations and cost reporting
• Variations and final accounts
• Liaising closely with project and site teams

You will need:

• 2+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• A 3^rd level qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics

Residential experience would be advantageous
