Quantity Surveyor – Mayo

Permanent Position | Salary up to €65,000 DOE

Responsibilities

• Assist with full commercial management of the project

• Cost planning, budgeting and cost reporting

• Preparation and submission of valuations

• Management of subcontractor accounts

• Procurement support and subcontractor package management

• Variations, change control and final accounts

• Close collaboration with site and project management teams

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline

• 3–6+ years’ experience with a Main Contractor or PQS background

• Experience on large-scale projects 

• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail

• Confident communicator with a proactive approach
