Role Summary:

Our client is looking for a Energy Retrofit Project Manager to lead and deliver high quality energy assessments and retrofit projects across domestic and commercial buildings.

What you will do:

• Carry out domestic and commercial BERs and retrofit surveys
• Complete Home Energy Assessments (HEAs) and technical reports
• Manage projects from survey through to completion
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and the internal team
• Support SEAI grant applications and programme delivery
• Assess retrofit and renewable measures (heat pumps, ventilation, solar PV)

What you will need:

• Level 7 qualification in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, Architectural Technology, or Sustainability
• Registered BER Assessor (Domestic and Commercial)
• 3-4 years’ experience in BER assessments and retrofit surveys
• Experience with SEAI grants or retrofit programmes
• Full driving licence required
