About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic and fast-growing commercial team within a leading façade and curtain walling specialist operating across Ireland and the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to develop their career while working on high-profile commercial, educational, and healthcare projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage costs across multiple curtain walling and glazing projects
• Support tendering processes with early-stage commercial input
• Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions
• Prepare budgets, cost plans, and cashflow forecasts
• Conduct risk management, value engineering, and cost control
• Procure and manage subcontractor packages
• Prepare and administer subcontract agreements and final accounts
• Monitor and control project budgets to ensure financial targets are met
• Produce interim valuations and final account agreements
• Develop knowledge of the Construction Contracts Act 2013 (CCA 2013)
• Attend client, design, and subcontractor meetings
• Liaise closely with site and project teams
• Ensure timely submission and follow-up of valuation claims

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience within construction, façade, or glazing industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of commercial processes and contract management
• Proficiency in MS Office and industry software (CostX, Buildsoft, Bluebeam)
