Site Manager – Raheny, Dublin

Project: Residential  - 104 houses 

Duration of Project: 2 years commencing April 2026

Salary: Up to €85k DOE

Our client who are a leading Irish building Contractor with over 40 years in business are seeking a talented Site Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This position is based in Raheny on the construction of a residential project of 104 houses

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the work of subcontractors
• Giving daily site briefings to the workforce prior to starting work.
• Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project to ensure timely successful completion

Requirements

• Third level qualification (or equivalent) in Construction/Civil Engineering or Trade background
• Sound knowledge of construction methods, health & safety, Environmental and legal regulation
• Self-driven and results-oriented with a positive outlook
