Permanent | €60,000 DOE | Major Residential Project 50 million

A leading Irish residential developer is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Officer to support a large-scale housing project in Blessington. You’ll be joining a team known for delivering high-spec housing developments and vibrant communities. With a strong safety culture, clear operational systems, and a solid pipeline of future projects, this role is perfect for a proactive health and safety professional ready to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee site health and safety practices in line with company policies and legal obligations
• Identify risks and implement effective control measures
• Carry out regular safety audits, inspections, and site walks
• Collaborate with site management and subcontractors to ensure safety compliance
• Deliver toolbox talks and site-specific safety briefings
• Support incident investigations and help drive a culture of continuous improvement

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a construction health and safety role
• Recognised qualification in Occupational Health & Safety (IOSH membership a plus)
