Site Engineer – North Dublin

Permanent | €65,000 DOE | Residential Project €300m

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Site Engineer to join a well-established residential developer working on large scale housing projects. Due to a growing number of active sites, the company is looking to strengthen its team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and assess the quality of work carried out by subcontractors ensuring standards are met
• Manage site drawings supporting accurate project delivery
• Carry out setting out duties, including providing gridlines and levels for groundwork and RC frame elements, also setting out housing plots and preparing survey information for legal handover
• Supervise and track performance of groundwork, civil engineering, and concrete frame contractors on site
• Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard of quality and detail
• Keep accurate site records and ensure all quality assurance documentation is properly maintained

Requirements:

• Relevant third level degree in Engineering
• 2 years work experience
