Quantity Surveyor – South Dublin

Join a leading Irish residential developer delivering large-scale, sustainable communities across Ireland. This is a site-based role on a major €400M development comprising 1,000 residential units in South Dublin, offering long-term career progression and exposure to one of the most significant residential projects in the region.

You’ll support the commercial delivery of the project, working closely with a Senior Quantity Surveyor and gaining hands-on experience across all key cost and contract functions in a high-performing project environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Senior QS with subcontract management and payments
• Prepare monthly valuations and cost reports
• Monitor budgets, variations, and contracts
• Support cost control across residential and RC frame works

Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ Quantity Surveying experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience with Cubit, CostX (or similar), Excel
